Job summary

FRONTIER ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Architect/Coordinator to report to the Project Manager for arranging site work.

The role focuses on coordinating all architectural works on site for residential building projects in Singapore. You will monitor subcontractors, liaise with Resident Engineer and Clerk of Works, address technical issues, and ensure safety through proper safe work procedures. A Diploma or Degree in Building Architecture and at least 3 years local experience are

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of local working experience in residential building projects.

• Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site Work.
• Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site
• Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors
• Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works.
• Handling technical and engineering problems on site
• Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site
• Liaison with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work
• Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk
