Job summary

Huttons Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day AR/AP, month-end closing, GST filings, and intercompany reconciliations. You will supervise the AR/AP team, ensure timely billing, payments, and accurate financial reporting, and collaborate with internal and external parties on finance and audit matters.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a computerized accounting environment, with strong Excel skills and

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 5 years of relevant working experience in computerised accounting environment (supervisory/reviewing experience is an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel such as V Lookup & Pivot Table and Powerpoint Presentation.
• Integrity and accounting professionalism.
• Committed and meticulous with positive work attitude.
• Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day accounts receivable/payable transactions; ensure billings, purchases and staff claims are accurately recorded.
• Ensure receipts and payments are processed accurately and on time; proper closure of AR/AP accounting module.
• Maintain full set of accounts for assigned companies; ensure timely month-end closing, reporting, schedules, reconciliations; liaise with internal/external parties on finance matters.
