Job summary

huttons asia pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced accounts professional to manage day-to-day AR/AP transactions and ensure accurate recording of bills, purchases, and staff claims.

The role requires maintaining the full set of accounts, coordinating month-end closing, and ensuring timely financial reporting across assigned entities. The candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in Accountancy and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a computerized accounting environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 5 years of relevant working experience in computerised accounting environment (supervisory/reviewing experience is an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel such as V Lookup & Pivot Table and Powerpoint Presentation

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day AR/AP transactions and ensure accurate recording.
• Ensure timely month-end closing, reconciliations and management reporting.
• Prepare GST and tax filings in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Supervise AR/AP team and liaise with internal/external parties on finance matters.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
• Attend to inquiries from associates and other departments relating to finance.
