Job summary

You will also reconcile accounts, support GST filing and corporate tax submissions, and handle other statutory compliance matters. Ad hoc duties may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Meticulous with detail and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entries in the accounting system with precision and attention to detail.
• Manage daily operational tasks, including accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
• Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial schedules, as well as reconciling accounts.
• Support quarterly GST filing, corporate tax submissions, and other statutory compliance matters.
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
