Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior App Support Analyst to improve processes, tools and workflows in the function. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting of moderately complex issues with meaningful business impact, coaching teammates, and influencing decisions through expert advice.

You will monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate across traders, operations and technology to deliver reliable support during APAC windows. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on front-office application support with incident resolution ownership.
• Experience with monitoring, incident management and shift-based operations.
• Knowledge of financial products and markets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems, batches and interfaces; troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Coordinate fixes, root cause analysis and stakeholder communications.
• Drive permanent fixes, SLA improvements and runbook updates.
• Work with traders, operations, middle office, developers and business teams.
