Job summary

Citi is seeking an Application Support Senior Analyst to provide technical and business support for the TPS trade capture system across Fixed Income products. You will coordinate with global teams to ensure 24x5 coverage, perform start-of-day checks, incident analysis, and support releases.

Strong UNIX and Oracle SQL skills are essential. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies (OpenShift/Docker/Kibana) and requires proactive incident management and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

5 to 8 years’ experience in a support environment.
Business knowledge of financial markets and products, particularly Credit and Rates Derivatives flow.
Unix/Linux knowledge and practical usage.
Oracle SQL knowledge and practical usage.
Experience with OpenShift/ECS, Kafka and EMS.

Responsibilities

Provide user support for mission critical trade capture system.
Support derivative trade lifecycle flows including ECN, back office and regulatory reporting.
Start of day checks and continuous monitoring of application and infrastructure.
Perform risk reconciliations and ensure SLAs.
Participate in application releases from development to production.
Engage in post-implementation analysis to ensure system design and functionality.
