The role emphasizes developing SOPs, conducting data analysis, producing management reports, and driving process improvements through system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline; engineering/accountancy/economics/business/statistics advantageous.
• Experience in managing finance, grant, or audit operations an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking and high integrity; detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Self-motivated, independent, and a collaborative team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to handle large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Process appeals and facilitate timely review and resolution by HPB and MOH.
• Develop, implement and maintain Appeals Processing Framework, SOPs and related operational guidelines.
• Monitor operational performance, conduct data analysis, and prepare management reports and insights.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, and work with stakeholders to design and implement practical solutions.
• Support stabilisation and continuous improvement of appeals operations, including defect tracking with the systems team.
