Responsibilities

• Lead technical guidance for APAC series development teams and manage resources/budgets.
• Oversee development projects from concept to series production using stage-gate processes.
• Ensure quality, cost, and timeline targets are met.
• Coordinate with product management, procurement, quality, and suppliers.
• Develop lab capabilities and support global R&D collaboration.
• Represent company interests in standardization and certifications.
• Prepare technical documentation and regular reporting to management.
