Job summary

Flintex Consulting in Singapore seeks a senior leader to manage product development projects for connectivity solutions, focusing on cables and connectors for power, signal and data across APAC.

You will coordinate APAC teams, manage budgets, collaborate with R&D, product management and suppliers, and help grow the company's testing capabilities and patent strategy.

The role requires 10–15 years leading technical product teams and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience leading a technical product team.
• Experience in series development of technical products, ideally connectivity technology.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
• Hands-on skills and strong customer focus; able to work in interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC product development teams and coordinate with global R&D and engineering.
• Plan resources and budgets for development projects; ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with product management, procurement, production and quality assurance.
• Develop and manage TDS and ISIR processes for product releases in collaboration with quality/management.
