Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Strategy Manager, APAC to lead strategic initiatives across the APAC markets. The role focuses on shaping our long-term vision and executing Strategy 2030 goals, including potential M&A activities.

You will work closely with senior leadership to drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and cross-country execution. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in strategy roles, a Master’s degree, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Strategy, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategy roles, preferably with regional exposure in APAC.
• Proven track record of leading strategic projects and initiatives across multiple markets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in M&A strategy or execution is a plus.
• Ability to travel frequently across APAC countries
• Prior consultancy background experience would be an advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic planning and execution for the APAC region.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align APAC strategies with Global Strategies.
• Drive market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business model innovation.
• Prepare and present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Take ownership of Strategy 2030 initiatives as they commence, ensuring alignment and execution at country level.
• Provide strategic support for potential M&A activities in the region.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing across markets.
• Represent the strategy function in regional leadership forums and workshops.
