Job summary

Flintex Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Regional Program Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to lead regional stakeholder engagement and drive operational excellence across APAC. You will manage daily operations, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes, improve productivity, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage internal/ external stakeholders to ensure effective account management and operation efficiencies
• Highlight and share best practices within the team to ensure consistency and continuity in operational excellence approach
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity within the team
• Work and communicate with various teams based around the region
• Assist in managing the daily operations (execution plan, utilization management, knowledge management and communications) and engage customers in business reviews
• Monitor KPI and track improvement goals; implement process improvements across countries
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and standardize processes to boost performance and negotiate outcomes
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth
• Optimize data flows and operational reporting; plan strategically for peak periods
• Document current and future requirements as part of standardization across the region
• Assist in preparing QBR decks; coordinate with implementation teams for onboarding
• Stay informed on APAC market updates and communicate mitigation plans to customers
• Perform ad hoc duties as required
