Job summary

Michael Page Singapore is partnering with a respected healthcare organisation to lead strategic licensing and partnerships across Asia Pacific. You will identify, evaluate and execute opportunities, building a high-growth regional portfolio and engaging with senior executives to shape long-term strategy.

The role requires 5+ years in pharma BD/licensing, strong deal experience across APAC, and a track record of cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

5+ years in pharmaceutical business development or licensing.
Experience across APAC markets and regional deals.
Strong commercial acumen with deal lifecycle understanding.
Bachelor\'s degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Business/Economics; MBA advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage a pipeline of licensing, distribution and portfolio acquisition opportunities across APAC.
Establish and strengthen relationships with pharmaceutical companies, licensors and strategic partners globally.
Conduct commercial evaluations including market opportunity assessments, financial modelling and business case development.
Lead cross-functional due diligence activities involving commercial, regulatory, medical, supply chain, finance and legal stakeholders.
Negotiate commercial agreements, licensing terms and partnership structures to deliver sustainable business growth.
Drive transaction execution from opportunity identification through contract finalisation and operational handover.
Present recommendations and investment proposals to regional leadership and support long-term portfolio strategy planning.
