Qualifications
- Proven track record leading complex transformation programmes in regulated environments.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or life sciences sectors.
- Strong governance and RAID management capabilities.
- Ability to manage external vendors and partners.
- Excellent senior stakeholder communication and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Scientific Affairs workstream of a major separation and transformation programme.
- Develop integrated project plans with timelines, dependencies and risk mitigations.
- Transition from shared-service to standalone processes and operating capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage programme dependencies.
- Manage external vendors and delivery partners with clear accountability.
- Establish governance including RAID, budgeting and executive reporting.
- Support future strategic initiatives including acquisitions and integrations.
