• Skilled in analysing business needs, optimising workflows, and driving adoption of digital tools.
• Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional oversight of commercial applications, ensuring stability, usability and continuous improvement.
• Manage system enhancements, rollout activities, and functional roadmaps aligned to business priorities.
• Serve as the primary regional contact for cross-functional stakeholders, global teams, and external vendors.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions, coordinate testing phases and ensure smooth deployment.
• Monitor system adoption, data quality, and process adherence, recommending improvements where needed.
• Provide structured training and support to business users across multiple markets.
