Job summary

Autodesk in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Business Operations Partner to serve as the dedicated operations partner for the APAC Expansion business. You will work with APAC Expansion Sales leadership to translate field needs into actionable insights and processes, partnering across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Finance to enable effective execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a related business partnering role, preferably within an enterprise technology organization.
• Experience partnering directly with Sales leaders in an embedded, field-facing capacity.
• Strong understanding of expansion, growth, or other complex sales motions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales and operational tools, with the ability to use data to understand business performance and identify areas requiring further analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes across functions without direct authority.
• Experience collaborating across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, Finance, and other cross-functional organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate operational complexity into clear insights and recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with APAC Expansion Sales leadership to provide operational context, insights, and support for informed decision-making.
• Develop deep understanding of the APAC Expansion business, including sales processes and friction points.
• Diagnose operational challenges, engage with field teams, develop clear recommendations, and drive issues to resolution.
• Identify patterns across field conversations and performance to surface risks and opportunities.
• Translate ambiguous challenges into clear problems and align stakeholders around solutions.
• Own issues through resolution and coordinate across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Finance.
• Establish and manage operational rhythms including business reviews, issue tracking, and field feedback mechanisms.
• Develop business cases for operational changes with validated assumptions and stakeholder input and present recommendations.
• Prioritize field requests based on impact and priorities while escalating trade-offs when needed.
• Represent APAC Expansion during annual planning, segmentation, and policy development.
• Prepare operational insights and narrative for leadership reviews, translating performance and feedback into actionable guidance.
