Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Operations Business Partner to serve as the dedicated operations partner for the APAC Expansion business. You will collaborate with APAC Expansion Sales leadership to understand performance, identify operational challenges, and drive resolution across functions.

This hands-on role requires translating field insights into strategic actions, improving operational rhythms, and ensuring leadership has visibility into performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related partnering role.
• Experience partnering directly with Sales leaders in field-facing capacity.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose operational challenges and drive resolution.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales/operational tools; ability to use data to understand performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with APAC Expansion Sales leadership to provide operational context and support for decision-making.
• Understand APAC Expansion business, including sales processes and friction points.
• Diagnose challenges, engage field teams, develop clear recommendations, and drive resolution.
• Identify patterns across field conversations, performance, and stakeholder feedback to surface risks and opportunities.
• Translate ambiguous challenges into actionable problems and align stakeholders on solutions.
• Own operational issues and collaborate with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, IT, and Finance as needed.
• Establish and manage operational rhythms: reviews, issue tracking, escalation, field feedback.
• Develop business cases for changes by evaluating impact and gathering input.
