Job summary

Autodesk Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager, Business Operations Partner for the APAC Expansion business. You will partner with APAC Expansion Sales to provide operational context, insights, and support for informed decision-making and faster issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related role.
• Experience partnering with Sales leaders in a field-facing capacity.
• Understanding of expansion, growth, or complex sales motions.
• Strong problem-solving with root-cause analysis.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Experience across Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, IT and Finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership alignment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with APAC Expansion Sales to provide operational context and support.
• Develop understanding of the APAC Expansion business processes and friction points.
• Diagnose operational challenges, engage field teams, and drive resolution.
• Identify patterns in field feedback and performance to surface risks and opportunities.
• Translate challenges into actionable problems and align stakeholders on solutions.
• Own issues and coordinate across Revenue Operations, Marketing, IT, Finance.
• Establish operational rhythms, reviews, tracking, escalation, field feedback mechanisms.
• Develop business cases for operational changes with stakeholder input.
• Prioritize field requests based on impact and enterprise priorities.
• Represent APAC Expansion in planning, segmentation, policy development.
• Synthesize insights from the field for Global Expansion programs.
• Prepare leadership-ready narratives from performance data.
• Proactively identify gaps and drive solutions before impact.
• Communicate field insights to Revenue Operations and others.
