Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage Singapore entity invoicing using OpenText VIM. You will validate invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness, and drive timely payments.

You will coordinate with vendors, perform UAT for system changes, and support month-end tasks. A Diploma in Accounting with 10+ years in AP and strong SAP ECC/S/4HANA/VIM experience, plus MS 365 and Copilot skills, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in Shared Service.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and VIM is a plus.
• IT-savvy and proficient with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice processing for Singapore entities using OpenText VIM, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor and follow up on VIMS work items pending users' action to complete the invoices processing flow.
• Verify/Create/update changes for vendor master in SAP.
• Liaise with users/vendors for queries.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes or new entities.
• Perform month end and financial year end activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
