Job summary

CHARTERHOUSE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Finance Operations Associate to join the Financial Accounting team on a 12-month contract in Singapore. The role covers Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense (T&E) and corporate card administration with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and automation.

The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of hands-on AP experience, SAP (VIM preferred), and strong attention to detail to handle high volumes and strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
• 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience with strong hands-on AP experience.
• Experience using SAP and SAP VIM is highly advantageous.
• Experience with Travel & Expense (T&E) and corporate card administration preferred.
• Exposure to UAT, system implementations, and process improvement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and within timelines using SAP VIM.
• Create and maintain vendor records, verify vendor and bank information.
• Support day-to-day T&E processes, review expense claims and onward billing.
• Manage corporate card administration end-to-end including applications and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with employees, vendors and banks to resolve invoice, payment and T&E queries.
• Assist with UAT, new system/tool implementations and automation initiatives.
