Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Invoice Management: collect and check invoices and initiate approval for accuracy and compliance.
• Invoice Coordination: handle invoice exchanges with divisions to ensure timely communication.
• Accurate Coding: code invoices promptly to keep records up to date.
• Vendor Management: gather vendor information and apply for new vendor codes as needed.
• Payment Processing: prepare payment vouchers according to due dates for timely payments.
• AP Clearing: clear accounts payable and maintain a current AP ledger.
• Vendor Communication: communicate with vendors to resolve payment or invoicing issues.
• Reporting: prepare AP aging reports and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Reconciliation: reconcile AP statements with vendor statements.
• Documentation: file invoices and AP documents for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
• Additional Duties: perform other related duties to support the finance department.
