Neo Group in Singapore is inviting applications for a Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive specializing in Accounts Payable. Join the Finance Team to oversee AP portfolios and support month-end processes.

The ideal candidate will have LCCI or equivalent qualifications and demonstrated experience in partial accounts payable, with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in the West of Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable functions.
• Able to classify expenses with proper accounting codes.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts payable functions for day-to-day operations and reporting needs.
• Classify expenses into the correct accounting codes and input clear descriptions.
• Prepare monthly accrual listings during month-end closing.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare payment listings and process payments via cheques, GIRO, telegraphic transfers or trust receipts.
• Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements.
• Update payment transactions in the cash book weekly.
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations.
• Suggest improvements to processes, procedures and internal controls.
