Job summary

Neo Group Limited in Singapore is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive / Accounts Executive specializing in Accounts Payable to join the Finance Team. You will manage day-to-day AP activities, classify expenses, and prepare accruals for month-end closing.

The role requires real-time processing, accuracy in coding, and timely payments by various methods. You will contribute to intercompany reconciliations and drive improvements in controls and processes while working in a dynamic, fast-paced

Qualifications

• Minimum LCCI or equivalent
• Experience in accounts payable
• Strong communication skills
• Independent and team player
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and OT when required
• Willing to work in the West Singapore

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts payable functions for day-to-day operations and reporting needs
• Classify expenses into the correct accounting code and input clear descriptions
• Prepare monthly accrual listing during month end closing
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounts
• Prepare payment listings and process payments by cheques, GIRO, telegraphy transfer or trust receipts
• Handle petty cash and expense reimbursements
• Update payment transactions in the cash book weekly
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation
• Improve processes, procedures and internal controls as required
• Prioritize tasks according to urgency
• Other duties as assigned
