Qualifications

• 5 years experience in accounting on Accounts Payable and keeping full set of accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Accounts Payable (AP) team.
• Review and validate AP payment transactions.
• Perform monthly statement of account reconciliations.
• Record AP transactions and journal entries.
• Reconcile and follow up on inter-division transactions.
• Investigate TenderBoard GRN discrepancies.
• Review and approve all AP-related documents.
• Review quarterly GST submissions and support MES renewal processes.
• Oversee monthly account closing.
• Analyze fluctuations in monthly profit and loss reports.
• Monitor balance sheet accounts.
• Review manual invoices for related entities.
• Support treasury functions, including cash flow analysis.
• Provide guidance to team members on AP matters.
• Coordinate and manage audit processes.
