Job summary

The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to provide Administration & Support within the Corporate Service & Governance Group. You will manage daily administrative tasks, assist in budgeting, reporting, and governance activities, and contribute to business continuity and office controls.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance and have 1–5 years of relevant experience, with strong Microsoft

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.
• Approximately 1–5 years of experience in administrative support or coordination.
• Experience in meetings/committees and preparing business documents is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SharePoint experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operational activities, including onboarding/offboarding, access management, invoices and expenses, business travel, workplace logistics, and records management.
• Coordinate and consolidate budget planning, monitoring and reporting activities; prepare presentations and business documents.
• Support governance meetings through scheduling, logistics, and tracking decisions and follow-ups.
• Provide administrative support for business continuity management and related activities, including records and data collection.
