Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with degrees in Finance, Banking, Business, Accountancy, Economics, Information Systems, or related disciplines are welcome to apply.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in Treasury Operations, Reporting, and Banking Operations.
• Exposure to UAT or project coordination will be an advantage but is not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc Treasury-related reporting activities.
• Prepare, validate, and reconcile reporting data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support regulatory and management reporting submissions.
• Participate in UAT activities including test preparation, test execution, result verification, and defect tracking.
• Work with Business, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Assist in investigating reporting discrepancies and support issue resolution.
• Maintain and update operational procedures, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Support internal and external audit requests and reporting-related reviews.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements.
• Participate in project and change initiatives affecting Treasury Operations reporting processes.
• Provide backup support within the Reporting Team as required.
