Job summary

ITCAN PTE. LIMITED is seeking a seasoned technology leader to drive the architecture and implementation of AML platforms across APAC markets. You will own the technical strategy, oversee complex integrations with core banking and payment systems, and guide distributed teams toward scalable, compliant solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in AML/KYC, strong leadership, and hands-on delivery across multi-country programs, with emphasis on security, performance, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in IT/technology delivery, solution design, or system integration.
• At least 10 years in international banking or financial services, AML/KYC experience.
• Hands-on AML platform integration experience, preferably Firco solutions.
• Proven track record leading large-scale banking tech implementations across markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy, architecture, design, and implementation of AML platforms and related banking solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end integration of AML systems with core banking platforms, payment systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring architectural standards and best practices.
