Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years in enterprise workflow/case management platforms with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience in leading large, distributed technology teams within banking or regulated industries.
• Strong architecture, strategy, and enterprise design capabilities.
• Hands-on with OpenText AppWorks, OpenText OTD, OpenText Magellan, DevOps and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AML workflow platform roadmap aligned to the bank’s compliance objectives.
• Lead multiple concurrent initiatives and release cycles to meet evolving requirements.
• Deliver technology solutions on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Ensure platform availability, security, scalability, and resilience for growing volumes.
• Collaborate with regulators, internal audit, AML operations, and business stakeholders.
