GOLDTECH RESOURCES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced AML Technical Lead to drive the integration, implementation, and delivery of AML solutions across APAC with a strong Firco focus. The role demands deep knowledge of banking and compliance.

You will lead architecture, integration, and collaboration with regional teams, vendors, and business units to ensure secure, scalable solutions that meet regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in technical delivery and integration.
• 10+ years in international banking, AML, KYC, or compliance systems.
• Hands-on experience with AML platforms, especially Firco.
• Strong knowledge of payments systems, cross-border transactions, and banking operations.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale banking transformation projects across APAC.
• Expertise in APIs, integration, microservices, and solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of banking security, regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and regional team management skills.

Key Requirements

• 15+ years of technical delivery, integration, and solution implementation experience
• 10+ years in international banking, specializing in AML, KYC, Compliance, or Financial Crime systems
• Hands-on experience with AML platforms, particularly Firco
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, cross-border transactions, and banking operations
