Job summary

AIA Singapore Private Limited is seeking an experienced AML Systems Strategy, Analysis & Governance leader to drive regulatory alignment, risk controls, and AI-enabled capabilities across the organization. You will translate complex regulatory requirements into system enhancements, oversee governance of data, models and tooling, and lead cross‑functional projects with Compliance, Technology and Operations.

This role emphasizes production support, incident management, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Financial Crime Compliance, AML, Risk Management or related functions.
• Proven experience in AML systems business analysis, implementation, production support, and project delivery.
• Strong MAS AML/CFT knowledge, sanctions screening, and transaction monitoring frameworks.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders across Compliance, Technology, Operations and Business teams.
• Experience working with AML technology vendors and third-party service providers.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled compliance solutions would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the AML systems SME, providing advice on AML/CFT regulations, financial crime risks, system controls, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Translate business, operational, regulatory, and AI governance requirements into system enhancements, control improvements, and technology solutions.
• Perform impact assessments, effectiveness reviews, and testing activities to ensure AML systems remain compliant and fit-for-purpose.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, compliance reviews, and remediation initiatives relating to AML systems and controls.
• Maintain oversight of AML system governance, including model, data, and AI-related risks.
