Job summary

RIDIK Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a senior technical authority to bridge complex AML regulatory requirements with technical execution. The role demands a T-shaped leader with deep AML/KYC domain expertise (Firco and cross-border payments) and strong system integration skills.

You will govern technical standards, manage Firco vendor relationships, and lead distributed teams across APAC to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technical roles (solution design, integration or implementation).
• Minimum 10 years in International Banking focusing on AML, KYC, and compliance.
• Proven experience with Firco or similar AML screening platforms and cross-border payments.
• Extensive APAC market exposure and experience in regional banking transformations.
• Deep knowledge of payment processing systems and integrating AML platforms with core banking systems.
• In-depth regulatory knowledge of financial sector security and compliance.
• Fluent English for managing distributed APAC teams.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Define AML platform architecture, establish technical governance, and lead development teams.
• Integration & Design: Lead end-to-end implementation of AML solutions, ensuring seamless integration with core banking and payment platforms.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical liaison for vendors (e.g., Firco) and senior management.
• Risk & Compliance: Mitigate technical risks, conduct code reviews, and ensure solutions meet strict regulatory standards.
• Team Development: Mentor technical talent and drive innovation in AML products.
