Job summary

Changi Airport Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager/Senior Manager for Airfield & Utilities to lead planning, design development and delivery of critical airfield and utility infrastructure linked to Terminal 5 and Changi East. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, regulators and internal teams to align scope with schedule and budget.

The role demands a strategic leader with extensive experience in aviation infrastructure, strong stakeholder management, and a track record

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10–15 years of relevant infrastructure experience with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven design and project management experience on large-scale projects, preferably aviation.
• Strong understanding of utility infrastructure, governance, contracts and construction delivery.
• Proven record managing complex stakeholder relationships across interfacing projects.
• Strategic thinker with strong leadership and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design development and delivery of airfield and sitewide utility infrastructure for Terminal 5 and Changi East.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, utility agencies and stakeholders to meet scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety targets.
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies, governance, risk mitigation and regulatory approvals.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in delivery and engineering practices across Changi East developments.
