Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd seeks a project management professional to oversee the execution of Terminal 5 and related facilities, focusing on permits, access, stakeholder coordination and safe, timely delivery within an active airport setting.

The role requires a good engineering/CM degree with 6+ years’ experience in construction or airport projects, strong leadership, and the ability to deliver milestones in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-style degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure or airport projects preferred.
• Experience as SO Rep Assistant or similar role advantageous.
• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage permits, closures, airport passes and access approvals for project works.
• Coordinate stakeholder interfaces and access arrangements to support project delivery.
• Supervise assigned construction activities ensuring safety and compliance.
• Support testing, commissioning, handover and operational readiness activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
