Job summary

Changi Airports International Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the management and execution of the Terminal 5 development and related facilities. You will guide a team to deliver the master programme, project execution plan, and key targets while coordinating with contractors and consultants to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field; PE Board recognition preferred.
• Minimum 20 years in construction, with 5+ years in airfield and 5 years in construction management.
• Experience as S.O Representative or similar with contract administration using PSSCOC.
• Strong project management and coordination experience.
• Ability to lead a team to meet milestones in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the Terminal 5 project and its facilities.
• Lead a team to materialize the master programme and project execution plan; define targets (timeline, cost, quality, resources, pipelines).
• Collaborate with contractors and consultants to meet authority requirements and ensure timely, safe, on-budget delivery.
• Establish and refine risk, safety, and quality control policies aligned with industry standards.
• Ensure work meets highest quality standards and is completed on schedule.
