Job summary

Changi Airport Planners and Engineers Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Project Manager for Terminal 5, based at the Changi East Project Office. You will oversee design management, coordination of consultants, and tender activities for the Terminal 5 project.

You will manage construction and contract administration to ensure safety, schedule adherence, budget compliance, and quality of work, collaborating closely with the project team and stakeholders until handover and post-handover support.

Qualifications

• Degree in architecture and/or interior architecture.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in large-scale projects, preferably aviation infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design management and coordination of design deliverables by consultants.
• Prepare tender documents, specifications and tender evaluation for contractor awards.
• Oversee construction management and administration to ensure design intent, safety, schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with project team, consultants, contractors and stakeholders during construction and handover.
