Job summary

Changi Airport Group invites you to join the Changi East Construction team to lead the planning, design development and delivery of airfield and sitewide utility infrastructure for Terminal 5 and related developments. The role focuses on electrical power distribution, water, sewerage, fire hydrant and gas systems, with coordination across airfield, terminal, landside and infrastructure works.

Qualifications

Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Proven design and project management experience on large infrastructure projects.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design development and delivery of airfield and sitewide utility infrastructure for Terminal 5 and Changi East.
Drive implementation and integration of utility systems (power, water, sewerage, fire hydrant, gas) and airfield works.
Manage consultants, contractors, utility agencies and stakeholders to achieve scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety goals.
Develop and implement project delivery strategies, governance, risk mitigation and regulatory engagements.
