Job summary

Changi Airport Group seeks a senior leader to plan, design development and deliver airfield and sitewide utility infrastructure for Terminal 5 as part of the Changi East development.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage consultants and contractors, ensuring safety, quality and schedule while coordinating across airfield, landside and terminal works to meet programme objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical eng
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Proven design and project management experience in large infrastructure projects

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design development and delivery of airfield & utility infrastructure for Terminal 5
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and regulatory/operational stakeholders
• Drive governance, risk mitigation and ensure scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety targets
