As the architecture lead for the Terminal 5 Design Management team, you will provide architectural leadership from design through delivery on this complex, multi‑disciplinary mega‑project while upholding a long‑term passenger experience vision. You will drive design development, ensuring continued refinement and maturity of design intent across all phases of this long‑horizon programme and champion excellence in experiential spaces and interior design, e.g. materiality in a passenger‑centric environment.
You will be expected to lead a multi‑disciplinary design management team, set technical standards and architectural direction across design and construction phases, oversee and challenge design deliverables to ensure quality, buildability, safety and long‑term performance, and drive cross‑disciplinary integration across architecture, engineering, airport systems and operations. As a team lead, you are also expected to provide technical leadership and mentor the team to build strong in‑house capability.
