Job summary

OpenAI Singapore is seeking dedicated professionals to join our User Operations team. You will work directly with customers through support tickets and live calls, troubleshooting high-impact issues in a fast-paced environment and guiding them on deploying OpenAI products at scale.

The role is based in Singapore with a hybrid work model (office 3 days a week). Fluency in Korean and English is required, and the interview process will be conducted in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Korean and English, both spoken and written.
• 5+ years in User Operations, Engineering, or similar technical roles.
• Strong SaaS troubleshooting skills with rapid learning of new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with customers, including API failures and production incidents.
• Serve as a trusted expert on OpenAI’s products and platform for complex issues.
• Escalate with Engineering to troubleshoot, resolve, and prevent recurring problems, while automating workflows.
