Job summary

OpenAI is seeking an experienced User Operations professional in Singapore to support adoption of AI and ensure exceptional product experiences. You will handle support tickets and live calls, troubleshooting complex issues, and guiding customers through integration and deployment on OpenAI's platform, with a focus on high-scale operations.

This hybrid role requires fluency in English, 3 days in-office per week in Singapore, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in User Operations or similar technical roles.
• Strong Python scripting skills for automation.
• Experience with SaaS troubleshooting and live incident calls.
• Excellent enterprise communication and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact technical issues for customers.
• Own end-to-end problem resolution with debugging and logs.
• Serve as escalation point and work with Engineering and Product teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and improve workflows.
• Provide weekend/holiday on-call support when needed.
