Job summary
Harness is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer in Singapore to bridge sales and engineering. You will deliver platform demos, articulate technical value, and guide customers through evaluations to establish commercial relationships.
You will engage with executives and technical buyers, stay current on Harness offerings, and work with customers and field teams to address RFIs/RFPs. Local travel within the territory is expected.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to present and demo complex platforms to executives and technical buyers.
- Experience debugging customer issues in live deployments or pilots.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical value propositions.
- Strong cloud and infrastructure automation knowledge (e.g., Terraform).
- Experience handling RFIs/RFPs and engaging multi-stakeholder buyers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and articulate platform value.
- Represent the product to customers at events and in meetings.
- Stay current on Harness technologies and developments.
- Collaborate with customers and engineering to map requirements to solutions.
- Travel within a sales territory to engage customers and close deals.
