• 4+ years of hands-on software engineering with production systems you built and scaled.
• Strong communication and the ability to own ambiguous problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to identify operational problems worth solving.
• Turn complex problems into technical designs and implement them.
• Deliver the platform on the customer side and guide best practices.
• Build AI agents integrated with customer systems and APIs.
• Run workshops with client teams.
• Write production-grade code for integrations and workflows.
• Manage deployments with reliability and performance.
• Test against real data and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams and contribute back to tools.
