Qualifications

Singapore citizen or permanent resident.
4+ years hands-on software engineering with production systems.
Platform integration experience: APIs, cloud infrastructure, MCP, data flows.
Strong technical problem-solving and comfort with customer-facing work.
Excellent communication and a high ownership mindset.
Fluent English, written and spoken.
Team-first, low-ego, ship-fast culture.
Nice to have: forward-deployed or solutions engineering, AI agent work, startup experience, cloud fluency.

Responsibilities

Partner with customers to identify operational problems worth solving.
Turn complex problems into technical designs and implement them.
Deliver the platform on the customer's side and advise on best practices.
Build AI agents integrated with customer systems and APIs.
Run workshops with client teams.
Write production-grade code for integrations and workflows.
Manage deployments with reliability and performance as your responsibility.
Test against real data and iterate quickly.
Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams and contribute back to tools/docs.
