Job summary

NCS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior AI Native Builder within AI Central to design, productize, and deploy AI-powered solutions for regulated sectors across Singapore and the Asia Pacific.

You will lead engineering, model orchestration, automation, and rapid experimentation to deliver MVPs and reusable assets for clients. You will work directly with client teams and senior stakeholders, shaping AI investments, architecture choices, and build-versus-buy decisions while maintaining strong engineering

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on engineering with Python/JS or similar, building production-grade apps.
• Proven delivery of AI, ML, or generative AI solutions in real-world settings.
• Deep understanding of modern AI tooling, LLM patterns, orchestration, automation, evaluation, and model limits.
• Ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and deliver fast outcomes.
• Strong product sense, engineering depth, business acumen, and technical judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI delivery from problem to MVP or deployed solution.
• Translate business challenges into hypotheses, approaches, and execution plans.
• Build AI-enabled solutions using engineering, orchestration, automation, and design tooling.
• Drive iterative experiments to validate desirability, feasibility, and value.
