Seoulstart in Singapore seeks a senior architect to transform the software lifecycle toward AI-native engineering and to shape architectures, platforms, and guardrails embedding AI across the SDLC.

You will lead architectural design for high-throughput distributed systems, tackle scalability and reliability, and build shared platform capabilities adopted across multiple products and business lines in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Twelve plus years in software engineering and system design.
• Five+ years in principal engineer or architect leadership roles.
• Drive AI-enabled engineering transformation including coding agents and agentic workflows.
• Architect and scale distributed platforms serving millions with strict reliability requirements.
• Build shared platform capabilities adopted across multiple products and business lines.
• Lead cross-team architectural initiatives influencing senior engineers without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Transform software development lifecycle toward AI-native engineering across the organization
• Shape architectures, platforms, and guardrails embedding AI and autonomous agents throughout SDLC
• Lead architectural design for high-throughput, highly available distributed consumer and integrity systems
• Solve scalability, reliability, resilience, performance, security, and cost challenges across teams
• Identify capabilities to standardize as common platform primitives across Grab businesses
• Partner with senior engineers, leaders, and data scientists as cross-CXI technical architect
• Establish reference architectures, principles, and guardrails enabling autonomous team decision-making
