Job summary

NCS invites an experienced AI delivery leader to join AI Central in Singapore. You will drive from problem framing to MVP, shaping live client solutions, and building reusable AI patterns. This high-autonomy role partners with the Chief AI Officer and senior leaders to turn client opportunities into deployable AI products.

Ideal candidates will show practical AI deployment in enterprise or regulated contexts, balancing speed with quality, and mentoring engineers on scalable, secure delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on engineering ability in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions in real-world settings.
• Understanding of AI tooling, orchestration, automation, evaluation.
• Ability to balance experimentation with engineering discipline including security.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management at executive level.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver outcomes at pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead client problem statements to working prototype, MVP, or deployable solution.
• Translate ambiguous challenges into product hypotheses, technical approaches, and execution plans.
• Build AI-enabled solutions combining software, orchestration, automation, and design tools.
• Make trade-offs across speed, quality, security, scalability, and value.
• Advise on AI investment priorities and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Drive fast experiments and iterative delivery to validate desirability and value.
• Contribute reusable patterns and practices to scale AI delivery.
