As an AI Mission Engineer, you will own the end-to-end journey, work directly with clients to uncover friction, build compelling business cases, lead proofs-of-concept, and ensure adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• Relevant consulting or client-facing technology experience.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into technology solutions.
• Experience influencing C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Background in change management or transformation programs is valued.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities by deeply understanding client processes, pain points, and objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions to define the real problem, not just symptoms.
• Develop business cases that articulate value, ROI, and transformation potential.
• Own POC/POV initiatives from scoping through execution to demonstrate value.
• Serve as trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the journey.
• Drive adoption and measurable business outcomes beyond code delivery.
• Collaborate with AI Natives, AI Factory, AI Integration, and AI Institute teams.
