Qualifications

• Proven experience identifying business problems and translating them into technology solutions.
• Experience leading client engagements from opportunity identification to implementation.
• Ability to influence C-level and senior stakeholders.
• Change management or adoption program experience valued.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI opportunities by understanding client processes and objectives.
• Lead discovery sessions to define the real problem.
• Develop business cases articulating ROI and transformation potential.
• Own POC/POV initiatives from scoping through execution.
• Partner with clients as the single point of contact throughout the journey.
• Drive adoption and measurable business outcomes beyond code delivery.
• Collaborate with AI teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Contribute to industry AI strategies and thought leadership.
