Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, CS, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–6 years in management/strategy consulting, AI consulting, forward deployed engineering, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Experience in AI strategy, process transformation, operational excellence, or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical, strategic, commercial, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across all levels, and independently lead engagements.

Responsibilities

• Assess client AI readiness, data maturity, business processes, and operational challenges.
• Identify and prioritise AI, automation, and transformation opportunities based on business value and feasibility.
• Develop AI strategies, business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation plans.
• Redesign processes and operating models to embed AI effectively into business operations.
• Define KPIs and success measures to track business impact and adoption.
