Job summary

Alumni Services Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an exceptional commercial operator to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth while maintaining direct delivery responsibility on selected engagements. You will build your own pipeline and own the revenue outcome.

You will bring credibility in AI, leverage Alumni's cross-regional network (SG · HK · UK · Dubai · Oceania), and balance hunting with farming across FS, T&L, and TMT sectors.

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience in top-tier consultancy, Big 4, or transformation firm.
• Proven track record of winning new accounts from scratch and growing existing ones.
• Portable book of business with executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new accounts and grow existing ones across regions.
• Develop account strategy with CCO and Country Manager; close deals at senior levels.
• Lead AI transformation narratives and proposals, tying client problems to Alumni capabilities.
• Represent Alumni at industry events to generate pipeline and brand presence.
