Job summary

Horizon Insights seeks an energetic institutional sales pro to acquire new clients across Singapore, Hong Kong, and Western markets. You will collaborate with our Shanghai team to bring China-anchored commodity and macro insights to hedge funds, trading houses, and banks.

This quota-bearing role rewards building a client book and navigating long sales cycles with AI support. You will lead end-to-end cycles, from cold outreach to trials and contracts, while translating research into compelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; demonstrable sales results preferred.
• 1-3 years institutional sales experience with 3+ closed deals in commodity/financial research or related B2B info products.
• Hands-on AI tool experience with AI prospecting, AI-assisted outreach, and generative AI content.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end new business cycle from cold prospecting to signed contract.
• Hit new client signings target within 12 months and renewals on inherited book.
• Use AI to scale prospecting with automated workflows for LinkedIn, email, scoring, and content.
• Translate research into sales narratives; present via webinars/roadshows to clients.
